We are pleased to share that Michelle Groulx has returned to the Ottawa Coalition of BIAs (OCOBIA) as Chief Advocate, a role that will put her at the forefront of the organization’s advocacy work on behalf of Ottawa’s 18 BIAs.
This marks Groulx’s third time working with OCOBIA, having been involved since its inception. In her new role, she aims to be a consistent voice for Ottawa’s small business community, helping to address critical issues such as the cost of doing business, housing, and economic recovery.
