The Ottawa Coalition of Business Improvement Areas represents Ottawa’s 18 Business Improvement Areas. BIAs represent commercial property owners and tenants within a defined area who work in partnership with the City of Ottawa to create thriving and attractive business areas. Working collectively as a BIA, local businesses have the resources (people and funding) to enhance the quality of life in their district, local neighbourhood and the City as a whole.
