Heart of Orléans BIA Launches “Why Not Orléans?” Campaign to Attract Investment

Following a major boundary expansion that doubled its membership to over 800 businesses, the Heart of Orléans BIA is on a mission to keep residents living, working, and spending locally. Executive Director Tannis Vine tells OBJ that the new “Why Not Orléans?” campaign aims to attract a major anchor employer and support the development of true 15-minute neighbourhoods — reducing the longtime trend of residents commuting west for work.
