The Preston Street BIA hosted a sold-out Taste of Little Italy on March 24, welcoming 500 guests to the Preston Event Centre for its third annual celebration of the neighbourhood’s culinary scene. Over 15 local restaurants — from Little Italy staples like Trattoria Caffè Italia, Sala San Marco, and Pasticceria Gelateria Italiana to newer additions like Karahi Boys and Dolci Sapori — served up signature dishes and new offerings throughout the night. As Executive Director Lindsay Childerhose noted, the event is a chance for guests to revisit longtime favourites and discover new go-to spots, all while celebrating the community that makes Preston Street thrive.
