Twilight magic and community spirit shine at Partage Beechwood dinner

Beneath a canopy of trees and fading golden sunlight, the seventh annual Partage Beechwood: An Enchanted Evening of giving turned Beechwood Cemetery into a dreamlike dining room on Wednesday, Aug. 20, raising a remarkable $68,000 for the Partage Vanier Food Bank.

It was a perfect summer night, with the late-day sun burning away the clouds just in time to cast a warm glow over the candlelit tables scattered among the storied grounds of the National Cemetery of Canada. Guests arrived dressed to impress, ready for an evening filled with heart, heritage and high-end hospitality….
