The Centretown BIA has officially opened Snider Park, a new urban green space on Bank Street near Slater Street. Redesigned into what’s being called “Ottawa’s first true urban park,” the space features planters, benches, public art, and a café — creating a much-needed downtown gathering spot for residents, workers, and visitors alike. The launch marks another win for BIA-led placemaking in the core.
